Base on my own life experiences and observation, both at work and in my online interactions, both principles play an important role.

Trust and open communication are the key it aligns with the principles of Trust and open communication.

Clear communication also one of the important principles with prevents misunderstandings and keeps the group working efficiently and cohesively.

Online communities or study groups, having a shared purpose, like completing a group assignment, helps guide everyone's participation and fosters a sense of accountability.

The principles help create a productive environment for example purpose, participation, trust, and communication, which are essential for effective collaboration.

 Everyone can collaborate better when we all understand the purpose of our task or assignment and contribute equally.

When strong trust is established, people are more willing to share ideas and collaborate to solve problems together.
